Questions people actually ask
Do I have to pay customs duty?
Yes, in almost every case. The US $800 de minimis exemption ended on 29 August 2025, and comparable thresholds exist in the UK, Canada and Australia. We show an estimate at checkout, but clearance and duties are your responsibility as the recipient.
Billable weight
Charged on actual weight. There is no volumetric weight for parcels up to 2 kg.
Can you buy from any seller?
Taobao, Tmall and JD.com. We do not purchase counterfeit or infringing goods — that is written into our acceptable use policy and enforced at intake.
How long can a parcel stay in your warehouse?
30 days free from arrival, which is enough time to gather several orders into one shipment. After that storage is $0.5/kg/day, and a parcel still unshipped after 60 days is treated as abandoned.
What if the item is damaged or wrong?
We photograph everything on arrival and help you pursue a return or refund with the seller. We are responsible for ordering correctly and delivering intact — not for the product quality itself.
